We realize that the outbreak of the Coronavirus has raised all of our concerns. We wanted to assure you that Alure is closely monitoring the latest information about the virus, and we are making the health and safety of our clients and employees a top priority.

All employees having direct customer contact, specifically sales, production and truck drivers, have been instructed to follow guidelines issued by the CDC that are designed to protect their health and the health of our team with sanitizing and hand washing recommendations.

As a precautionary measure to help cooperate and limit the spread of the virus and for the concern of our clients & employees, we will be adjusting our showroom hours as follows for the next 30 days:

We are vigilant in how we clean up in your home, and now more than ever are wiping down common areas and digital devices down with disinfecting wipes.
Continuing to enforce our policy of not allowing employees who are ill or showing signs of illness to come to work or into your home.

In the interest of the safety of our teams and the public, we have closed our showroom to the public and are only open by appointment only. We adjusted our standard in-home design and consultation process to be an online virtual experience; if you have a computer or tablet, a tape measure, and time to connect with one of our designers, we are still able to provide you with a design consultation and an estimate for your project, a price that will be guaranteed for 6 months.
