John Brower – Director of Operations
As a Director, John brings more than 33 years of knowledge to his position. John’s career has been focused mainly in commercial and residential management.
Sal Vines – Director of Operations
With 28 years experience in all aspects of the kitchen & bath industry, Sal brings us a wealth of knowledge & proven leadership ability.
Dave Weber – Project Manager
Dave is a 30 year veteran in the kitchen and bath business, trained by NKBA in the kitchen design and NYIT in architecture.
Mike Kelly – Project Manager
Mike brings 25 years of kitchen and bath knowledge to his position, RRP lead certified and attended Queens College.
Mark Donnelly – Project Manager
Mark is an organized, dedicated manager who has been in the home improvement industry for over 16 years. Mark has earned a BA from Hofstra and a Masters from NY College.
Matt Donofrio – Project Manager
Matt is a seasoned home improvement professional with over 18 years of residential construction experience. He also has 4 years of electrical installation training.

Lesley Weiderman – Heads up our Purchasing Department – Lesley has more than 9 years of experience in customer service and purchasing, BA from Hofstra University and is a licensed home inspector.
Clare Shames – Purchasing – Clare brings 19 years of experience to the job in customer service, purchasing and operations.
Patricia Tallini – Project Coordinator – Patty has more than 10 years of experience in the Kitchen and Bath remodeling industry.
Robin Weiss – Project Coordinator – Robin has more than 8 years of experience in the home improvement industry as well as over 22 years in customer service and as a manufacturer representative.
