Designer Bio: Daniel Greenfeld
About:
Daniel Greenfeld was born and raised in New York. He received his four year BA from Monclair State University. Dan has been in the consumer goods industry for over 30 years, both on the wholesale and retail end. He started off in the wholesale jewelry industry where he traveled the world looking for the perfect pieces. Here Dan developed a passion for art and design. Later Dan moved into the retail front selling mattresses where he was able to listen to his clients needs to be able to assist in helping them find the right mattress their individual needs. He also owned an after school program for children where he helped teach Math, Science, English and Critical Thinking. Daniel brings over 25 years of experience in sales and customer service to Alure Home Improvements in the Lifestyle 1 Day Bathroom Department, specializing in walk in showers, walk in tubs, tub to shower conversions and shower to tub conversions. He is passionate about helping people create their ideal wet area that caters to their specific needs, without sacrificing style.

1. Family – Dan enjoys spending time with his family whether they are home, on vacation or working with his kids to help them achieve their goals.
2. Music – He loves creating music, ranging from jazz to rock and roll – and everything in between!
3. Exercise – An avid gym enthusiast Dan can be found most mornings at the local gym.
Favorite Project:
Dan’s favorite job was for a client in Rocky Point who is taking care of her uncle who has dementia. Her uncle was having trouble getting into and out of the tub. Dan helped his client create a new wet area where it achieved the design style of her dreams, yet had the safety and independence for her uncle. Using Samuel Muller Juniper Stone pattern, cameo shower floor for a nice blend, ultra low profile for easy access into the shower and safety features including grab bars and a hand held, beauty was achieved!
