EVERY 5 DAY BATHROOM BY ALURE INCLUDES:
- Complete gutting of existing bathroom and carting away of debris.
- Removal of walls, ceiling, flooring, plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinetry, and trim.
- Plumbing – Replacement of all bathroom shut-off valves & supplies, traps, tub/shower drain, shower valve.
- Electric – New wiring to code.
- Framing – Reframe opening for recessed Rx. cabinet where possible/applicable.
- Insulation – Insulate all exterior walls and ceilings adjoining unconditioned space.
- Wall Board – Install *Wonderboard/Durock cement board inside shower (in direct water flow areas) and moisture-resistant sheetrock on rest of walls and ceiling, including tape and 3 coats of spackle.
- Tile – “Mud-Job” tile floor installation including leveling of the floor with solid cement base and tile installation on floor and *applicable walls.
- Materials – Supply & install all necessary products including plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, tile, and accessories.
- Trim & Misc. – Replace door and window trim (on inside of bathroom), grout, caulk, and final adjustments.
- Add-on options – Replacement of door, window, shower door, radiator, and much more.
